About

The intersection of strategy and execution

Hi, I'm Koushaki Shrivastava — someone who grows and stays proactive at the intersection of building startup strategies and cross-functional execution. I specialize in growth marketing, GTM strategy, and operations within early-stage startups.

Scaling Growth: I have owned end-to-end GTM product launches, independently acquired high-value B2B enterprise clients, and driven up to 900% social media follower growth.

Operational Excellence: From streamlining resource allocation workflows for faster project execution to managing product launches, I build systems that reduce bottlenecks.

Leadership & Strategy: As Editorial Head at the Management Interaction Cell, I led a 20-member team to launch career guides and direct strategy, and as Research & Innovation Head at AEON — The Incubation Center — I spearhead flagship entrepreneurship events for 150+ students.

Why a fresher? Why me?

I'm based in Delhi NCR, actively targeting Founder's Office and Growth Marketing roles at Series A–C startups. I don't have a track record yet — but I have something most candidates don't: the habit of doing before being asked. Every work sample on this page was built before any interview, on real companies' actual problems. I'm looking for a place where the pace is high, the problems are ambiguous, and there's no one to hand it off to. That's where I do my best thinking.

I.

I research before I pitch. I never walk into a founder's world empty-handed.

II.

I own problems, not tasks. I'd rather find the right question than answer the wrong one faster.

III.

I write clearly. Thinking you can't put in writing isn't thinking yet.

IV.

I'm comfortable being the least experienced person in the room — and using that.

Why Founder's Office

"I'm a fresher — no bad habits to unlearn, just the right ones to build from day one. What pulls me here is the mess of it: numbers on Monday, a vendor call on Tuesday, brand strategy by Friday — all landing on one desk. I've studied that discipline across different brands, building a category instead of fighting for one, staying fluent in both the P&L and the pitch. That's the range I want to earn."
